Welcome to Maleeya's Studio Accommodation

The 2 Studio Chalets are located on a 120 acre Organic Farm with Pet Highland Cows, the property is classified “Land for Wildlife” with many bird species, our property borders the National Park

The accommodations are specifically designed for couples and are located in a quiet and secluded area

The spacious 120 m2 self-contained Maleeya’s Studio has a warm rustic feel with local timber as a main feature and wooden floors

The other New Panoramic Studio is smaller, both Studios have got spectacular views onto the Porongurup National Park, one of the world’s oldest mountain

The Studios are 5 min walking distance to Maleeya’s Thai Café, 10 min drive to the Skywalk and 35 min drive to Bluff Knoll highest peak in WA

The Porongurup National Park has some great walks with Giant Karri trees

We have also got a large collection of different Australian trees

A real paradise for hiking, bird watching and clean air

High quality King size bed in main bedroom (In both Studios)

Second bedroom has two single beds (Only in Maleeya’s Studio, 2 bedrooms)

Fully equipped kitchen, spacious lounge with pivoting recliners, wood heater and air conditioning (Only in Maleeya’s Studio)

Maleeya’s Studio Accommodation

Per Night – $259 for 2 adults – minimum stay 2 nights
Per Night – $249 for 2 adults – minimum stay 3 nights
Per Night – $229 for 2 adults – minimum stay 5 nights
Extra person – $60 per night

Peak tariff- Christmas/New Year period, Easter Long Weekend and Public Holidays

10 % surcharge min 3 nights

Per Night – $269 for 2 adults – minimum stay 2 nights
Per Night – $259 for 2 adults – minimum stay 3 nights
Per Night – $239 for 2 adults – minimum stay 5 nights

A 50% deposit is charged when the booking is made to guarantee the reservation. Upon arrival the final amount owing will be charged

Check In / Check Out Times. Check in after 2.30pm, check out before 10 am, the Studio is non smoking, no pets allowed thank you

Cafe Please let us know early if you want a booking in our Cafe, thank you

Cancellation Policy: In the event of a cancellation the deposit is only refunded if there is more than 7 days notice given, or the Studio is re-let for the entire period of the cancellation. Cancellations attract an administration cancellation fee ($60)
